Dear , Welcome to the assessment for the CSR position.
You are given a maximum of 5 minutes to complete each section. The actual number of sections will vary based on the nature of the role that you are applying for.
These sections however do have a right and wrong answer so we suggest that you make the best of the time provided to answer all questions to the best of your abilities.
The first part of this section is a Listening Exam.

Please note that you are allowed to listen to the audio file twice. During the examination, you are not allowed to go back to the previous section, so please make sure that you listen carefully to each audio and understand each questions before you proceed to the next section.
